Are you interested in purchasing a telescope for yourself or a family member, but don't know where to start? Do you own a telescope, but never use it because you’re just not sure what to do next? If so, come to the Telescope Clinic and have members of the Lethbridge Astronomy Society help you get going. This 2-hour long clinic starts at 2 pm and will be held at the Oldman River Observatory in Popson Park, Saturday, February 21, 2009. You will have the opportunity to learn about different types of telescopes, mounts, eyepieces and related accessories, and what's involved in preparation before an evening of viewing.
