On Friday June 22, 2007 the Lethbridge Astronomy Society presented Alan Dyer with an Honourary Membership to the Society, in recognition of a lifetime contribution to astronomy and Alan's long time support of the Lethbridge Astronomy Society. Photos by Dave Holland.

All of the pictures in this gallery (except the auroral shot) were taken in prime focus with the Canon 10D attached to the f/5 Genesis refractor piggybacked on the Meade 16" LX200. These exposures were unguided! They are a combination of 1 to 4 minute exposures stacked and processed in Maxim DL 4.0, Photoshop 7.0 and Neat Image. The auroral picture was taken at the Saskatchewan Star Party 2004 using a tripod for 25 seconds.
For all of the exposures the camera was set for manual use at ISO 400.
