Lethbridge Astronomy Society Membership

Annual membership is divided into two tiers. The first tier is our Associate Membership in which membership fees are $40.00 for adults, $20.00 for students and $60.00 for couples.

The second tier is our Regular Membership, in which the fees are $50.00 for adults, $25.00 for students and $75.00 for couples. 

Associate Membership benefits include:

• Added to the LAS mailing list and monthly newsletter.
• Invitations to all club activities, such as meetings, member nights, and potlucks.​
• Supervised instruction in and use of equipment (telescopes, eyepieces, etc.)
• Access to the LAS Library including book rental.

Regular Membership benefits include:

• Everything associated with Associate Membership, plus:
• LAS voting privileges at official meetings.
• Ability to be nominated to the executive.
• Pathway to offsite equipment borrowing (telescopes, eyepieces, etc.)

You don't need any previous experience or education to join. All that is required is a love for astronomy and a desire to learn more about the wonders of the universe.

It's easy to join, just fill out the form to the right, and mail a cheque or money order payable to the Lethbridge Astronomy Society, or you can choose online payment by PAYPAL or credit card.

(Please note must be 18 or older to join and student memberships must be confirmed with appropriate student identification. Please submit a photocopy of your student ID with your cheque or money order.)
